As a Human Resources Manager with over 20 years of experience, I lead operational excellence and HR strategy for several companies across Canada. Author of the book *Cultivating Leadership Without Barriers *, and a graduate of the University of Quebec at Montreal, I leverage my expertise to support teams in generating sustainable revenue for the growth of Felix Macdala Real Estate Group SRL.

Lionel Marcellus

Head of Engineering and Construction

A graduate in civil engineering from O&M University, I have over two decades of field experience. My career includes large-scale projects with Codelpa, managing complex construction sites, and expertise in project management and coordination (MOPC). Since 2023, I have been contributing my technical rigor and know-how to Felix Macdala Groupe Immobilier SRL.
